Grill: Preheat grill to Medium High heat (350-400°F). Ligthly coat steaks with oil and season to taste. Sear steaks 4 minutes per side, continue to turn occasionally until desired doneness is reached (145°F - 160 °F internal temperature). Let rest for 3 minutes.
Skillet & Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Season steaks to taste. Heat an ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Coat skillet with oil of choice. Sear steaks 3 minutes per side. Transfer skillet to oven and cook until desired doneness is reached (145°F - 160 °F internal temperature). Let rest for 3 minutes.
